Preparation Guide:
If you prefer to enjoy the crab claws warm, follow these simple steps:
1. Thaw the Crab Claws: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator OR place in a sealed bag and submerge in cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes until thawed.
2. Prepare a Steamer: Fill a pot with 3-5cm of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
3. Arrange Crab Claws: Place crab claws in a single layer in a steamer basket.
4. Steam: Set the basket over the simmering water, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes.
5. Serve: Ensure claws are heated through (74°C). Remove carefully and serve.
