Cooking Guide! (Recommended for best results)

1. Heat enough cooking oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350ºF/180ºC.

2. Carefully place 4–5 croquettes into the hot oil, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Fry until the bottom side is golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes (depending how thawed out the croquette is).

3. Flip the croquettes and fry until the other side is also golden brown and crispy, about another 2-3 minutes.

4. Remove the croquettes with a slotted spoon onto a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

5. Serve hot and enjoy!
