Ingredients:
- Soft shell crabs (cleaned and prepared)
- Tempura batter mix
- Ice-cold water
- Vegetable oil for frying
- [Optional] Dipping sauce (e.g., soy sauce, ponzu sauce)
Instructions:

Preparation: Prepare the tempura batter according to package instructions, ensuring it remains cold.

Frying: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 175°C. Dip each crab into the tempura batter, coating evenly.

Cooking: Carefully place the crabs into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
